1. About LuxStay

LuxStay is a Closed User Group (CUG) hotel booking platform operated in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership

Membership is free and grants access to member-only hotel rates. These rates are sourced through CUG wholesale channels and are contractually restricted from public display. You agree not to share, screenshot, or publicly post member rate information.

3. Bookings

All hotel bookings are fulfilled through our distribution partner, LiteAPI. When you complete a booking, the reservation is confirmed directly with the hotel. You receive a hotel confirmation number that the property recognises in their own system.

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and rate type. The applicable cancellation policy is displayed clearly before you confirm any booking.

4. Pricing

Rates shown to members include a service markup applied to the wholesale net rate. The final price you see is the price you pay — there are no additional booking fees, service charges, or hidden costs.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the booking page. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your payment provider.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through a PCI DSS-compliant gateway. Your card details are encrypted with 256-bit SSL and are never stored on LuxStay’s servers.

6. Accuracy of Information

Hotel descriptions, amenity lists, and quality scores are compiled from multiple data sources and verified periodically. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, hotel facilities and services may change without notice. The hotel’s own confirmation of your booking is the definitive record of what is included.

7. Limitation of Liability

LuxStay acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel. We are not the accommodation provider. Any disputes regarding the hotel stay itself should be directed to the hotel in the first instance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
